Silverbox Kids is looking for a creative and highly organised Content Creator to capture, produce, and manage digital content that showcases our vibrant Visual Arts workshops for young people aged 8 - 16 years.
Our workshops cover:

We run After School Clubs, Weekend Clubs, Holiday Schools, and curriculum-based school projects, providing a fun, safe, and collaborative environment for creative learning.

The Role
As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for:
📸 Capturing behind-the-scenes footage and images from our workshops.
🎞 Creating engaging digital content for social media, marketing, and promotional use.
📱 Managing social media accounts, including post scheduling and responding to messages.
🔐 Ensuring online safeguarding policies and best practices are upheld.
This role may involve working on-site during workshops or traveling between multiple locations to capture content from different sessions throughout the week.
📌 An Enhanced DBS check and safeguarding training are required (provided by Silverbox).

Content Creation & Marketing:
📸 Capture high-quality photos and videos showcasing workshop activities and student engagement.
🎬 Edit and compile assets into portable, shareable content (e.g., social media posts, promotional videos, reels).
📑 Develop engaging content that aligns with Silverbox Kids’ brand and values.
📊 Track content performance and adjust strategies based on audience engagement.
Social Media Management:
📆 Schedule and publish posts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.
💬 Respond to comments and messages, engaging with the online community.
📈 Monitor analytics to refine content strategy and maximize reach.
Safeguarding & Compliance:
🔐 Ensure all content adheres to safeguarding policies, obtaining necessary permissions for student appearances.
📚 Maintain and update online safeguarding policies to reflect best practices.
🛑 Remove or edit any content that does not meet safeguarding standards.

Qualifications & Experience
Required:
✅ Strong photography, videography, and content creation skills.
✅ Experience using video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve).
✅ Proficiency in social media management (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
✅ Strong understanding of online safeguarding and child protection policies.
Desired:
🎨 Experience in Visual Arts, Animation, or Digital Media.
📢 Background in marketing, communications, or content strategy.
📚 Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or Lightroom for graphic design and image editing.

- Various, based on content and workshop schedules.
- Flexibility required to attend different workshop locations throughout the week.
- Some remote work available for content editing, scheduling, and policy management.
