Booking Process
- Fill in and submit an application form via our website: APPLICATION FORM
- We will let you know if you have received a place at the club:
- If your application is accepted - We will send you a confirmation email and your booking is confirmed.
- If your application is NOT accepted - We will send you an email to let you know. You will be added to our waiting list. - After you receive your confirmation email:
- Prior to the first club date - You have 14 days to cancel your application (our 'cooling off' period).
- On/after the first club date - We will require 14 days notice of a cancellation.
All dates can be found here: CLUB DATES - We will send you a Guidance Document outlining all the information you may need relating to the After School Club.
If there is anything not included in this document please feel free to email us. - We will send you an invoice for the total duration of the club.
Payments can be made based on your agreed payment schedule. Each month we will send you an updated invoice until the balance is paid in full.
Invoices must be paid in full before the final club date.

Why do I have to book a whole term?
We will try to be as flexible about your booking as we can be. However, due to the nature of the club it is hard for us to give a position away to another student once the club has already begun as they will have missed some important information.
New students are more than welcome to join, and we will catch them up on what they have missed but we try to encourage full term bookings so that students get the most out of our sessions.

Each session builds on the last so missing a session here and there isn't a problem but our clubs require a certain amount of consistency to get the most out of them.

How long do I have to change my mind about a booking?
After an application has been accepted you have 14 days to cancel with no obligation to pay (our 'cooling' off period)

We run at an 8/1 ratio meaning there is lots of contact time with tutors

Can I try one session before I commit to a whole term?
Yes, once you have signed up and paid if you decide after the first session that the club isn't right for you, we will refund you the remaining sessions without having to give two weeks notice.
