Videos - via private Vimeo/Youtube links and downloadable to your computer from there.

Cancellations can be submitted via email, CONTACT PAGE or letter.
We can not accept phone-calls for cancellations as we need it in writing.

Booking is complete once you have received our confirmation email.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO CHANGE MY MIND ABOUT A BOOKING?
After an application has been accepted* you have 14 days to cancel with no obligation to pay (our 'cooling' off period)
However, after the first session date has begun, we require 14 days notice of a cancellation

DO YOU DO TRIAL SESSIONS?
Yes. Your child is welcome to try 1 session before fully committing to a full term.
We will still require an application form to be completed before your session.
- If you decide not to continue after your debut session, we’ll refund any remaining sessions with no cancellation period required.
- If you decide to continue, our standard two-week cancellation period will apply from then onwards.

CAN I BOOK SINGLE DAYS?
Yes you can. However, as the week is designed to take a project from planning - final product, it is recommended to join us for as much of the week as possible to get the most out of the process.
