REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
A position is not considered booked until payment has been received.
Once an application and payment have been received customers can request a full refund up to 10 working days prior to the start of a course.
Students may attend the first session of any course before deciding if they would like to stay for the full duration (Course duration typically 10 weeks).
If a student decides not to continue with the course then a refund (excluding the first session payment) will be issued.
After the first session all future sessions are non refundable.
Cancellations less than 10 working days before the start of a course will not be eligible for a refund.
However, if there are exceptional circumstances such as a serious medical condition, requests may be made in writing for a full or partial credit (emails to email@example.com). This credit can be used as part payment for any course or workshop within 12 months.
A medical certificate or letter from a medical professional will be required.
Cancellation of courses
On rare occasions we may cancel under-subscribed courses.
As late bookings can be frequent any such decision is made as late as possible.
If a cancellation is necessary, we will give those booked two days notice by phone and a full refund.
